1. DELIVERY AREAS

We deliver throughout:

  • Kent
  • South East London

Deliveries are made using our own fleet of vans directly to businesses in the catering and hospitality sector, including pubs, bars, cafés, restaurants, takeaways, clubs and schools.

2. MINIMUM ORDER VALUE

Our minimum order value for delivery is:

£70 (excluding VAT)

Orders below this amount may not qualify for delivery.

3. DELIVERY SCHEDULE

We offer a fast and flexible delivery service:

  • Next-day delivery available Monday to Saturday
  • Weekend delivery available subject to route and availability
  • Same-day delivery may be possible in selected areas depending on stock and workload

All delivery times are estimated and may vary by location.

4. DELIVERY METHOD

All deliveries are made using our own vehicles and drivers to ensure reliable, secure and efficient service.

Someone must be available at the premises to receive and check the delivery.

Risk in the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery.

5. PALLET DELIVERIES

We can arrange pallet deliveries for larger orders or deliveries outside our standard van delivery areas.

Lead times, delivery methods and charges for pallet shipments will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

6. COLLECTION (CLICK & COLLECT)

Customers may collect orders from our warehouse:

Collections must be arranged in advance to ensure stock availability and preparation time.

7. FAILED DELIVERY

If no one is available to accept the delivery:

  • The goods may be returned to our warehouse
  • A re-delivery fee may apply
  • Perishable goods may not be redelivered and may still be chargeable

8. DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to:

  • Adjust delivery routes or schedules where necessary
  • Refuse delivery if the minimum order value is not met
  • Cancel or postpone deliveries due to severe weather, operational issues or other factors beyond our control
